I've forgotten my login details. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request to reset it. Simply go to the login page and click on “Forgotten password?”. You will then receive an email with a link to set a new password.
If you have forgotten the email that you have signed up with, try to find an email sent from “My Community Finance” in any of your email inboxes. If you can’t find your email, please give us a ring at 0203 375 0221 and select option 5. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (excluding bank holidays).
