I've changed my mind and no longer want my loan. What do I do?

As with any products and services provided online, you have a statutory "cooling off" period.

If you've received your loan money but want to cancel it, you have 14 days including weekends and bank holidays to return the loan amount in full.

Example: if you received your loan on the 1st of the month, you have until the 14th of the month to send back the loan money in full.

If you do not send the loan money in full and/or do not send the loan money within 14 days, your cooling off cancellation will not be valid.
