I don't see my deposit in my account, what should I do?
If you don’t see your deposit in your account, it may be because:
Transfer details
Please make sure you have stated the correct recipient (beneficiary) name (in some cases called 'business name') and reference number (your easy access account ID) in your transfer.
Linked bank account
For security reasons, we only accept deposits from your linked bank account. To see which account you have linked, simply log in to the portal and select your easy access savings account. Then, click on “View account details” and scroll down and click on “Your linked bank account”.
If the deposit came from another account, our team will review the transfer and contact you to verify it. This might take up to two working days (our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During this time, the deposit will not be visible in your easy access savings account.
Transfer times
In some cases, your transfer might take up to two hours to appear in your account. Some banks have slower processing times, so transfers might get delayed. We recommend you send money from a bank account that uses Faster Payments (learn more about Faster Payments here)
Technical problems
You might want to reload the portal if you had it open for a while. If the problem persists, please contact us. Our team will get this sorted.
