I have applied and need to provide further documents. Why is that?

The credit unions we work with follow regulatory guidelines to verify all details of their customers. 

The credit union will get in touch if you need to upload any documents. This can be done quickly and easily on the My Community Finance portal. The credit union will aim to review your documents within 2 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
