Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make additional payments towards my loan?

Yes, you can make additional payments towards your loan.

This will initially reduce your next monthly Direct Debit payment, and any excess in payment will then reduce the total amount you owe. The amount of your remaining Direct Debit payments will stay the same.

Please note:

  • If you have missed payments, and your account is in arrears, then your additional payments will go towards paying this off first
  • Additional payments might take 1-2 days to appear on your loan account, depending on the processing time of your bank.
