Frequently Asked Questions

How can I find out my credit score?

A credit reference agency (CRA), also known as a credit bureau, is a company that collects information regarding your payment history and your handling of repayments from banks or other lenders you’ve borrowed money from. The information is stored in your credit file, which can be viewed by other lenders.

You can ask for a free copy of your credit report from the following credit reference agencies:

TransUnion UK: Credit Reference Information Notice (CRAIN) | TransUnion UK

Experian: Credit Reference Agency Information Notice (CRAIN) | Experian
