I’ve changed address, phone number, email address or bank account. How do I update my details?
You can update your phone number or address through our customer portal.
If you have changed your bank account, you’ll also need to change your Direct Debit. You can also do this through our portal here.
To update your email address, please call us on 0203 375 0221. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm (excluding bank holidays).
