When will I get my money?
We complete a range of credit, identity and affordability checks when you apply for a loan.
Advanced processes and technology are used to verify as many details as possible automatically. If everything can be verified, and no fraud risk is flagged, your credit union loan could be in your account within two hours of applying.
Sometimes we will need to ask for additional information. If that is the case, we will be in touch with further details of what’s required. If your loan is approved, the money will usually be in your account within three working days after we receive the requested information. Our working days are Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
